Commission
Commission is a share of the net profit D1R7K0N actually realises on each order you introduce: what the buyer pays, less the direct costs of the order. It is calculated per order, in bands, and paid after the buyer has paid in full.

Each rate applies only to the part of the profit inside its band.
A first order invoiced at USD 120,000 realises USD 30,000 net profit. 20% of the first 25,000 plus 15% of the next 5,000 comes to USD 5,750. The 4% cap on 120,000 is USD 4,800, so the commission paid is USD 4,800.
This is a summary. The binding terms are set out in the Strategic Partner Commission Agreement, issued to approved partners with the NDA. Commission is paid only to partners who are not public officials and not employees of the buyer, and partner activity must stay within applicable anti-bribery, sanctions and procurement rules.
