D1R7K0N Industries Group is a digital procurement and industrial partnership intermediary. We do not manufacture, stock, or hold inventory. We act as a qualified middle layer: sourcing, qualifying, quoting, procuring, and executing industrial and commercial requirements on behalf of clients through our network of vetted suppliers and partners.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, quotation, or contractual commitment. Engagements are formalised only through signed agreements, accepted purchase orders, or other written documentation issued by D1R7K0N.

3. Permitted use

You may access and use this website for lawful purposes relating to procurement enquiries, partnership applications, and understanding D1R7K0N's services. You must not:

4. Requirement submissions

Submitting a procurement requirement through our website initiates a sourcing enquiry. It does not create a contract, guarantee supply, or commit D1R7K0N to fulfilling the requirement. D1R7K0N reserves the right to decline any requirement at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in a requirement submission is accurate, complete, and not subject to export controls, international sanctions, or other legal restrictions that would prohibit D1R7K0N from acting on it under UAE law or applicable international trade regulations.

5. Portal access

Access to the Client, Strategic Partner, and Industry Partner portals is provisioned by D1R7K0N following a qualification or onboarding process. Portal access is granted to the registered entity and is non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

D1R7K0N reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time, including for breach of these Terms of Use, extended inactivity, or at the conclusion of an engagement.

6. Confidentiality

D1R7K0N operates under a principle of confidentiality by default. Information you share with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as necessary to fulfil your requirement or as required by applicable UAE law or regulatory authority. Formal NDA arrangements are available on request and are standard for defense-adjacent and sensitive procurement engagements.

Equally, any non-public information you receive from D1R7K0N, including pricing, supplier identities, sourcing intelligence, or commercial terms, is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and the D1R7K0N brand, is the property of DRAKON INDUSTRIES GENESIS FZCO or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual property laws.
