This website (d1r7k0n.industries) is operated by DRAKON INDUSTRIES GENESIS FZCO, a free zone company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, trading as D1R7K0N Industries Group. When this policy refers to “D1R7K0N,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means DRAKON INDUSTRIES GENESIS FZCO and the digital services we operate.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE PDPL”) and its implementing regulations.

2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact and enquiry data: name, company name, email address, phone number, country, and the content of messages submitted through our contact or requirement forms.
- Procurement requirement data: product descriptions, quantities, specifications, industry, delivery destination, and any supporting documents you attach when submitting a requirement.
- Partner application data: company registration details, trade licences, certifications, product categories, trade references, and related information submitted as part of strategic or industrial partner applications.
- Portal account data: login credentials, activity logs, and data entered into or generated through your use of the Client, Strategic Partner, or Industry Partner portals.
- Chat data: messages exchanged through the Zoho SalesIQ live chat widget on our website.
We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This is collected via Vercel Analytics and used solely for performance monitoring and security.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and respond to procurement requirement submissions
- Evaluate and onboard strategic and industry partner applications
- Operate and maintain portal accounts and the services within them
- Communicate with you regarding your enquiry, application, or active engagement
- Fulfil contractual obligations and manage our business relationship with you
- Conduct counterparty screening, sanctions checks, and compliance due diligence as required by applicable law
- Maintain records for legal, regulatory, audit, and compliance purposes
- Monitor and improve website and service performance
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, we process your personal data on the following bases:
- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to respond to a requirement submission, fulfil an order, or carry out the terms of any agreement with you.
- Legal obligation: compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including trade controls, anti-money laundering obligations, economic substance requirements, and applicable export regulations.
- Legitimate interests: operating and securing our business, preventing fraud, and maintaining the integrity of our supplier and client network, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
- Consent: where you have explicitly consented to a specific use. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to maintain ongoing business relationships, and to comply with applicable UAE legal and regulatory obligations. Enquiry data from contacts that do not result in an engagement is retained for up to 24 months. Portal account data and commercial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years following the conclusion of an engagement, in accordance with UAE record-keeping requirements.
6. Data sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With vetted suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors as necessary to source and execute your procurement requirement. Only information required to obtain a quote or fulfil an order is shared, under confidentiality obligations.
- With our software and service providers, including Zoho Corporation (for CRM, portal, and chat services) and Vercel (for hosting and analytics), who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
- With UAE regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts where required by UAE law, or to protect our legal rights.
7. Cross-border data transfers
D1R7K0N operates globally and your data may be processed in countries other than the UAE, including countries where our software providers (Zoho, Vercel) operate their infrastructure. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take appropriate measures to ensure such transfers comply with the UAE PDPL, including engaging service providers who maintain adequate data protection standards.
8. Cookies
Our website uses a limited number of cookies necessary for site functionality and live chat (Zoho SalesIQ). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect the live chat feature.
9. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL, you have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

- Access your personal data held by us
